July’s Oyster Social will feature Chef Nic Maraziti of Piccone’s Corner, your new favorite neighborhood butcher, restaurant and bar slated to open in NE Portland this summer.
Okay, we admit it. We have a special place in our hearts for this one. Not only do we know and admire Nic, but for the past year he’s been part of our team, shucking oysters, playing with fire and sprinkling flowers over farm fresh dishes.
We’re so thrilled that he’s leading the kitchen at the soon-to-open Piccone’s Corner, where you’ll be able to enjoy his housemade pastas and salumi, seasonal salads and a rotating set of dishes featuring heritage meats raised and grown on their farm, Wallow & Root.
Join us in welcoming the new kid on the block! Nic will be preparing a host of seasonal dishes to give you a delicious preview of all the goodness to come (scroll down for mouthwatering menu) and we’ll be shucking fresh PNW oysters and slinging refreshing cocktails, beer and wine.
