An evening on the farm with Tournant and Chef Nic Maraziti of the soon-to-open Piccone’s Corner for a bountiful summer feast at Wallow & Root in Sandy, Oregon.
This collaborative meal will feature freshly shucked oysters, housemade salumi and farm-to-fire dishes featuring heritage hogs, lamb, rabbits and produce from the farm that will soon be available in the Piccone’s Corner butcher shop and restaurant. Bar manager Will Stenberg will also preview a selection of cocktails and wine from the new bar menu.
The evening will include a farm tour, complimentary cocktail and glass of wine, multi-course dinner and gratuity. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
