Dine with us where the forest meets the sea.

Hama Hama Oyster Co. on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington is truly one of our favorite places on earth. Perched on the edge of the Hood Canal, it is home to pristine oysters, stunning views, and generations of shellfish and tree farmers who are committed stewards of the forest and sea.

We are honored to share their story through a special evening of feasting and storytelling right at the source. No ordinary supper, the experience will include an oyster and cocktail reception, complete with shucking lessons for those who are inclined. Guests will enjoy a brief farm tour along with some history and lore from the family, before settling in along the shore on tables milled right from the property.

The meal will be a multi-course seafood feast cooked over live-fire and paired with wine and spirits. It will be a true celebration of place, highlighting as many gifts from the region as possible, including Hood Canal spot prawns, Hama Hama oysters and clams, wild salmon, doug fir tips and other locally farmed and foraged goodies.

The experience is meant to be one of leisure and learning, of community and connection, surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We can’t wait to savor this moment with you.
