So nice we’re doing it twice! Our recent Oyster Social and farm dinner with Chef Nic Maraziti of the soon-to-open Piccone’s Corner was such delicious fun that we’ve invited Nic back to be our guest chef for September!
For the past year, Nic has been part of the Tournant dream team of chefs, shucking oysters, playing with fire and sprinkling flowers over farm fresh dishes. Now he’s heading up his own kitchen at Piccone’s Corner, which will be part neighborhood butcher shop and part restaurant / bar where you’ll be able to enjoy his housemade pastas and salumi, seasonal salads and a rotating set of dishes featuring heritage meats raised and grown on their farm, Wallow & Root.
For Oyster Social, Nic will be preparing seasonal dishes to give you a delicious preview of all the goodness to come (scroll down for the mouthwatering menu—so many pastas!), plus there will be fresh PNW oysters, beer, wine and cool cocktails mixed up by Piccone’s Corner bar manager, Will Stenberg.
No reservations necessary, just drop by 5-9pm for a la carte ordering and restaurant-style seating. Hope to see you at the table, friends!
