We are so pleased to collaborate with the fine folks at The Ground on a farm dinner that will celebrate their uniquely interconnected ecosystem of food, farming, land stewardship and hospitality.
We invite you to join us in Carlton for an immersive agricultural experience, including a farm tour and multi-course dinner from the flames at Tabula Rasa Farms, a working regenerative farm.
It is a rare and special thing to enjoy food directly on the land from which it was grown or raised, and this dinner will be a true celebration and expression of place, highlighting seasonal produce and lovingly raised grass fed beef and heritage pork from the farm.
It will be an afternoon of discovery and curiosity, community and connection, nature and nourishment. Tickets will include:
A welcome reception starring an array of cured and smoked pork and charcuterie prepared by Chef Brett Uniss of The Ground and Humble Spirit from the heritage breed hogs that roam free range in the forest.
A guided farm tour and engaging discussions around the practice and importance of regenerative farming and ranching.
A sumptuously curated longtable supper served al fresco at the farm.
A multi-course feast from the flames by Tournant, featuring unique cuts of impeccably raised grass fed beef from Tabula Rasa Farms, for a true Tongue to Tail experience!
Beautiful local wine pairings that tell the story of the land.
Guests can choose to join just the dinner portion or opt for the full regenerative experience, which includes a night’s stay at Inn the Ground.
