Dine with us where the forest meets the sea.

Hama Hama Oyster Co. on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington is truly one of our favorite places on earth. Perched on the edge of the Hood Canal, it is home to pristine oysters, stunning views, and generations of shellfish and tree farmers who are committed stewards of the forest and sea.

This year Hama Hama celebrates their centennial—100 years of making the PNW a more beautiful, sustainable and delicious place!—and we are honored to help mark this milestone with a special evening of feasting and storytelling right at the source.

The meal will be a multi-course seafood feast cooked over live-fire and paired with biodynamic wines from Cooper Mountain Vineyards. It will be a true celebration of place, highlighting as many gifts from the region as possible, including Hood Canal spot prawns, Hama Hama oysters and clams, wild salmon, and other locally farmed and foraged goodies.

The experience is meant to be one of leisure and learning, of community and connection, surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We can’t wait to savor this moment with you.
