An immersive experience designed to inspire, nourish and refresh.
Meet us in the lush green forests of the Pacific Northwest this spring for a four day retreat centered around fire, food and connection.
The retreat will be held at the historic Loloma Lodge, nestled in an old growth forest on the bank of a pristine river. The entire property and grounds will be reserved for our group, ensuring ultimate privacy and tranquility.
Days will be spent outdoors exploring the natural wonders of the McKenzie River Basin. Come evening, we’ll gather around the outdoor fire kitchen to cook meals together over the flames, then sit down to share al fresco feasts paired with local wines and spirits.
This workshop is for cooks of all levels who love food, community, nature and adventure. Together we’ll deep dive into the basics of building and combining flavors, cooking with the seasons and surroundings, and mastering open fire cooking techniques.
The intimate size of this group ensures plenty of interaction with Jaret, Mona and the talented and hospitable Tournant team. Ask questions, observe, and learn directly from their decades of combined experience and expertise.
This is a slow food and lifestyle retreat. Fun excursions will be coupled with hands-on lessons as well as plenty of leisure time to rest, sit by the fireplace with a book, and simply take in the extraordinary beauty of the region.
