What a pleasure to have the opportunity to cook and care for you at one of our favorite restaurants in Portland, MÅURICE, the darling French-Norwegian luncheonette run by our dear friend and enormously talented chef, Kristen Murray.
Nearly ten years ago, Kristen generously hosted one of our first Oyster Social pop ups at MÅURICE, so returning to her beautiful space feels like a full-circle moment and a testament to our cherished and time-honored friendship.
Join us for a curated selection of dishes inspired by our love of seafood, reverence for seasonal PNW ingredients, as well as our recent travels through Croatia, Greece and Sardinia.
Through a rotating menu of briny oysters, savory pastries, rich fall flavors and bright Mediterranean seafood preparations, each dish will tell a story of place, memory, and shared tables.
