An Omnivore’s Delight
We’re enchanted with the Argentine tradition of the asado: a long, leisurely afternoon spent around the fire with friends and family, grilling up copious amounts of meats and snacking and drinking wine as you wait for the main event.
For our Oregon Asado, we’ll be busting out all the fun Del Fuego fire toys to create an epic feast from the flames. It will be a celebration of earth, air and sea, with gorgeous hunks of locally raised meats, sides of salmon, plump chickens and seasonal vegetables slowly roasting over the coals—a visual and gustatory feast for the senses.
We’ll mingle around the fire together, drinking lovely wines and eating fire snacks straight off the flames, then gather around a table laden with charred summer vegetables, all the smoked-kissed meat, fish and fowl, and buckets of chimichurri to slather on everything. Pretty much our idea of the perfect way to while away a summer afternoon.
Tickets include a parade of fire snacks, an omnivorous multicourse feast from the flames, wine and dessert.

THINGS TO KNOW
By purchasing tickets, all ticketholders (purchaser and guests) agree to the following:
-All guests are 21 or over with a valid ID
-All guests agree to consume alcohol in a responsible manner that will not result in injury to themselves or others and will not hold Tournant and its partners responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur in connection with this event
-If dinner is cancelled by organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticketholders; in all other cases, tickets are nonrefundable
-Organizers reserve the right to change the location if necessary
-State mask, health and safety mandates will be observed
-Pets other than service animals are not permitted
-Event will be held rain or shine — please dress appropriately!
-Due to the nature of this event, special diets cannot be accommodated
