Urban Asado Dreams on Fire

Portland, we’re coming for you. We’re teaming up with our friends at SNACK FEST to create the Urban Asado of our collective dreams.

We’ll be busting out all the fun Del Fuego fire toys to create an epic feast from the flames. It will be a celebration of earth, air and sea, with a whole lamb cooked asador-style, sides of salmon, plump chickens and seasonal vegetables slowly roasting over the coals—a visual and gustatory feast for the senses.
