Parallel Food + Drink is the vision of husband and wife team, Joey and Stacey Gibson. Their multi-course pop-up dinners thoughtfully bring together great food and drink (wine and beyond), with an emphasis on creating perfect pairings for each dish.

Stacey and Joey invite you to join them for their upcoming dinner at Tournant, which will feature a six course meal paired exclusively with wines from Eola-Amity Hills in the Willamette Valley, including Walter Scott Wines, Bethel Heights, Evening Land, iOTA Wine Cellars, Brooks Winery, and Evesham Wood.
