Croatia on our minds and in our hearts.
We are fresh back from a few weeks traveling, cooking, eating and drinking our way through Croatia and feeling deliciously inspired! From pasta and truffles in Istria, grilled fish and seafood stews in Dalmatia and beautiful Mediterranean produce, cheeses and wines, we want to share our experience with you!
For our November Oyster Social, we’ll be recreating some of our favorite dishes we ate or cooked along our travels—see the working menu below!—plus, the cooler weather means oysters are in their prime and we’ll showcase varieties from both coasts.
We’ll pour some Croatian wines, lavish dishes with Istrian olive oil, and hope that everyone will leave dreaming of charming seaside fishing villages and the lush, misty hills of the Istrian countryside.
No reservations necessary, just drop by from 5-9pm for convivial restaurant-style seating. Hope to see you at the table, friends!
