Let’s ease into the holiday season in style with a cozy, boozy, meaty celebration with our friends from Westward Whiskey, an American Single Malt of Northwest provenance. We’ll gather at convivial candlelit tables in our hygge-heavy dining room and toast to our good fortune with glasses full of whiskey and tables laden with seasonal delights.
The evening, cohosted by the fabulous Kari Young, aka Meatballssmama, will feature cocktails by Emily Mistell of Hey Love and a guided whiskey tasting by Westward’s Founder and Master Distiller, Christian Krogstad.
We’ll be shucking fresh Pacific oysters, slinging snacks from the fire, carving up a big whiskey-aged ribeye roast, lighting things on fire with whiskey, and highlighting all the glorious bounty from our local wonderland.
