Join us for a half day masterclass in Farm to Fire cooking.
Chefs Jaret, Mona and the incredible Tournant team will be demonstrating their trademark cooking style in a hands-on workshop around a series of open fires.
Together, we’ll go over the basics of live-fire cooking and delve into techniques such as ash-roasting, grilling, cedar-planking and Dutch oven cooking. Food will be prepared and shared in a safe and socially distant manner.
Attendees will go home with new found confidence about the fundamentals of this rustic tradition to put to use for their own gatherings with friends and family!
